Terms of Service

• Job matching with vetted employers in Malta (construction, cleaning and hospitality).
• Guidance through the Malta Skill Pass portal and VFS Lagos interview preparation.
• Work permit processing support with Identità Malta and document handling.
• Flight bookings, hotel reservations and visa documentation.

We are an intermediary. Visa and work permit approvals are decided solely by Identità Malta, VFS Global and the Maltese and Nigerian authorities. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or continued employment after deployment.

• Provide true, complete and lawfully obtained documents. Any falsified document ends our engagement immediately with no refund of costs already incurred.
• Meet deadlines for Skill Pass, medicals, police reports and VFS appointments.
• Pay only into the company account and collect a receipt for every payment.
• Keep us informed of changes to your contact details or travel plans.

All fees are quoted in writing before you commit and are broken down into service fee and third-party costs (Skill Pass, VFS, medicals, courier, tickets). Third-party charges are set by those bodies and can change without notice.

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We operate under our anti-trafficking and ethical recruitment statement. Candidates are never charged for a job offer itself and are never asked to surrender identity documents to an employer.

Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for losses caused by refusals, employer decisions, airline schedule changes or events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes heard in the courts of Imo State. We encourage you to raise complaints with us first; most issues are resolved in the office.
